Nationwide Delivery
Furnlluxura offers shipping across India. We are committed to delivering your orders promptly and in excellent condition.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Standard Shipping is available on all orders above ₹50,000.

  • Orders below ₹50,000 are subject to a flat standard shipping fee of ₹999.

Shipping Timeline
Standard delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location and product availability. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

Delivery Partners
We partner with trusted carriers such as Blue Dart, Delhvery, Gati, and Safe Express for reliable and secure delivery services. While we strive for timely delivery, Furnlluxura is not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party logistics providers or circumstances beyond our control.

Packaging & Damages
All items are thoroughly inspected and securely packaged before dispatch. In the event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately upon delivery. We request that you:

  • Capture unboxing videos and clear photographs of the issue.

  • Contact our support team with this documentation for faster resolution.

We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on the assessment.

Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun. If the order has already been shipped, you may initiate a return or exchange after delivery.

Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 7-day return or exchange policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by all tags and accessories

Please contact us in advance to obtain a Return Authorization Number and return instructions.

Size & Access Considerations
We strongly advise reviewing the product dimensions on the product page and ensuring that the items can be moved through your entryways, staircases, or elevators.

  • Furnlluxura is not responsible for returns or delivery failures due to size or access limitations.

  • Any additional delivery charges resulting from repeated attempts or access restrictions will be borne by the customer.

Delivery Scope
Deliveries will be made to the ground floor or the highest floor accessible by vehicle.
We do not provide doorstep delivery to upper floors. Customers are responsible for arranging labour or lifting assistance for transporting bulky items to higher levels.

Contact Availability
Please inform us if you will be unavailable by phone due to travel or other circumstances during the delivery window. Accurate contact details and delivery address must be provided at the time of order placement.

Warranty Policy

At Furnlluxura, we are dedicated to delivering furniture that reflects exceptional craftsmanship, durability, and long-lasting value. To support this commitment, we offer a comprehensive warranty for your peace of mind:

  • 10-Year Warranty against termite infestation

  • 1-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects and material failures (excluding normal wear and tear)

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty includes the repair or replacement of defective parts or products, at Furnlluxura’s sole discretion. All labor and material costs associated with warranty service are fully covered by us. However, customers are responsible for the transportation costs involved in sending the product to and from our service center.

How to Claim Warranty Service

To initiate a warranty claim:

  2. You will be required to present the original proof of purchase.

  3. Submit photos or videos clearly showing the issue.

  4. In some cases, we may request that the defective item be returned for inspection. If so, we will issue a Return Authorization Number and provide shipping instructions.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover the following:

  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents

  • Modifications, unauthorized repairs, or alterations

  • Exposure to extreme environmental conditions (e.g., excessive humidity or sunlight)

  • Cosmetic concerns, such as:

    • Scratches or dents

    • Fabric stains or spills

    • Natural fading or discoloration due to usage

Additionally, this warranty is non-transferable and applies exclusively to the original purchaser.
