Refund Policy

At Furnlluxura, we take immense pride in the exceptional quality and craftsmanship of our handcrafted furniture. Each item is carefully inspected prior to dispatch to ensure it meets our exacting standards. Upon delivery, we kindly request that you inspect your order and report any concerns immediately.

Refunds for Customized Furniture

  • Most of our furniture pieces are custom-made to suit your specific requirements.

  • As a result, customized furniture is not eligible for refunds, cancellations, returns, or exchanges, once production has commenced.

  • We do not accept returns for reasons related to change of mind or personal preference after the order is placed.

Fit & Access Issues

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the purchased furniture fits through entryways, staircases, and elevators.

  • If a delivery is refused due to sizing or access issues, the customer will be liable for:

    • Return shipping charges

    • 15% restocking fee

  • We strongly recommend verifying product dimensions on our website and measuring your space carefully prior to placing your order.

Refunds for Damaged or Defective Items

  • In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or defective, you must:

    • Report the issue immediately to the delivery personnel and our customer service team.

    • Provide photographic evidence of the damage upon delivery.

  • Upon validation, we will promptly arrange for a replacement or initiate a refund.

  • Refunds for damaged or defective items will be processed within 15 business days after the item is received and inspected at our warehouse.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.

  • For returns arranged through home pickup, refunds will be initiated once the product has reached our warehouse. Please allow up to 30 days, depending on your location.

  • 15% restocking fee and return shipping costs will apply to eligible returns, unless the item is deemed defective or damaged upon delivery.

Conditions for Refund Rejection

We reserve the right to decline a refund if:

  • The product has been used, altered, damaged, or tampered with after delivery.

  • The return request does not comply with the terms outlined above.


Return Policy

At Furnlluxura, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. If you are not fully pleased with your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price, excluding shipping and handling charges.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be in its original, unused condition, with no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

  • It must be returned in the original packaging, with all accessories and tags intact.

  • Returns must be authorized in advance; unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process:

  • We will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with instructions for shipping the item back.

  • Ensure the RAN is clearly included in your return package. Returns without valid authorization will not be processed.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original method of payment.

  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Important Notes

  • Furnlluxura reserves the right to correct any pricing, description, or imagery errors, and to limit or cancel orders placed under such circumstances.

  • In the case of a replacement, the item will be exchanged for the exact product originally ordered. Changes involving product variations, such as custom upholstery, finishes, or alternative models, will not be accepted under the replacement policy.
