Nationwide Delivery
Furnlluxura offers shipping across India. We are committed to delivering your orders promptly and in excellent condition.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Standard Shipping is available on all orders above ₹50,000.

  • Orders below ₹50,000 are subject to a flat standard shipping fee of ₹999.

Shipping Timeline
Standard delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location and product availability. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

Delivery Partners
We partner with trusted carriers such as Blue Dart, FedEx, and Safe Express for reliable and secure delivery services. While we strive for timely delivery, Furnlluxura is not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party logistics providers or circumstances beyond our control.

Packaging & Damages
All items are thoroughly inspected and securely packaged before dispatch. In the event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately upon delivery. We request that you:

  • Capture unboxing videos and clear photographs of the issue.

  • Contact our support team with this documentation for faster resolution.

We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on the assessment.

Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun. If the order has already been shipped, you may initiate a return or exchange after delivery.

Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 7-day return or exchange policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by all tags and accessories

Size & Access Considerations
We strongly advise reviewing the product dimensions on the product page and ensuring that the items can be moved through your entryways, staircases, or elevators.

  • Furnlluxura is not responsible for returns or delivery failures due to size or access limitations.

  • Any additional delivery charges resulting from repeated attempts or access restrictions will be borne by the customer.

Delivery Scope
Deliveries will be made to the ground floor or the highest floor accessible by vehicle.
We do not provide doorstep delivery to upper floors. Customers are responsible for arranging labour or lifting assistance for transporting bulky items to higher levels.

Please inform us if you will be unavailable by phone due to travel or other circumstances during the delivery window. Accurate contact details and delivery address must be provided at the time of order placement.

Return Policy

Return Policy

At Furnlluxura, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. If you are not fully pleased with your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price, excluding shipping and handling charges.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be in its original, unused condition, with no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

  • It must be returned in the original packaging, with all accessories and tags intact.

  • Returns must be authorized in advance; unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged or defective.

  • Furnlluxura reserves the right to correct any pricing, description, or imagery errors, and to limit or cancel orders placed under such circumstances.

  • In the case of a replacement, the item will be exchanged for the exact product originally ordered. Changes involving product variations, such as custom upholstery, finishes, or alternative models, will not be accepted under the replacement policy.

Cancellation

Cancellation Policy

At Furnlluxura, we strive to offer high-quality products and a seamless customer experience. To ensure transparency and efficiency, please review our cancellation policy outlined below:

1. Non-Furniture Items (Orders Below ₹3,000)

  • You may cancel your order before it has been shipped from our warehouse.

  • A cancellation fee of ₹500 or the applicable payment gateway charges (whichever is higher) will be deducted from your refund.

  • Once the item has been shipped, cancellations are no longer permitted, unless the product arrives damaged or defective. In such cases, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund upon inspection.

  • Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after the product is received at our warehouse.

2. Furniture and Custom Orders (Including Sofas)

  • Most of our furniture products are custom-made to meet your specifications.

  • As a result, customized orders cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or refunded once the production process has commenced.

  • We do not accept cancellations or returns for change of mind.

3. All Other Products

  • Once a product has been delivered and our delivery team has left the premises, the order cannot be cancelled or altered.

  • We strongly encourage customers to inspect the product thoroughly at the time of delivery.

  • Returns or exchanges will only be accepted for products covered under our 1-year warranty, and only in cases of manufacturing defects or damages.


Exceptions & Special Circumstances

At Furnlluxura, we understand that unforeseen events may arise. While our policies are firm, we may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

  • Medical emergencies, natural disasters, or errors on our part may qualify for a waiver of cancellation or restocking fees, subject to valid documentation and prompt notification.

  • In rare instances, cancellations or returns of custom furniture may be accepted if:

    • The delivered item is significantly different from the one ordered.

    • The product is incompatible with your space due to a manufacturing error.

In such cases, you will be required to provide clear photographs, measurements, and a detailed explanation. Based on our review, we may offer a partial refund, store credit, or an exchange for an item of equal or lesser value. All exceptions are subject to approval and availability.

Refunds for Damaged or Defective Items
