Cancellation Policy

At Furnlluxura, we strive to offer high-quality products and a seamless customer experience. To ensure transparency and efficiency, please review our cancellation policy outlined below:

1. Non-Furniture Items (Orders Below ₹3,000)

  • You may cancel your order before it has been shipped from our warehouse.

  • cancellation fee of ₹500 or the applicable payment gateway charges (whichever is higher) will be deducted from your refund.

  • Once the item has been shipped, cancellations are no longer permitted, unless the product arrives damaged or defective. In such cases, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund upon inspection.

  • Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after the product is received at our warehouse.

2. Furniture and Custom Orders (Including Sofas)

  • Most of our furniture products are custom-made to meet your specifications.

  • As a result, customized orders cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or refunded once the production process has commenced.

  • We do not accept cancellations or returns for change of mind.

3. All Other Products

  • Once a product has been delivered and our delivery team has left the premises, the order cannot be cancelled or altered.

  • We strongly encourage customers to inspect the product thoroughly at the time of delivery.

  • Returns or exchanges will only be accepted for products covered under our 1-year warranty, and only in cases of manufacturing defects or damages.


Exceptions & Special Circumstances

At Furnlluxura, we understand that unforeseen events may arise. While our policies are firm, we may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

  • Medical emergenciesnatural disasters, or errors on our part may qualify for a waiver of cancellation or restocking fees, subject to valid documentation and prompt notification.

  • In rare instances, cancellations or returns of custom furniture may be accepted if:

    • The delivered item is significantly different from the one ordered.

    • The product is incompatible with your space due to a manufacturing error.

In such cases, you will be required to provide clear photographs, measurements, and a detailed explanation. Based on our review, we may offer a partial refund, store credit, or an exchange for an item of equal or lesser value. All exceptions are subject to approval and availability.
