Cash deposits into Furnlluxra’s designated ICICI Bank account are permissible up to ₹10,00,000. For deposits exceeding ₹2,00,000, submission of a valid PAN card is mandatory as per prevailing statutory requirements.
Order acceptance remains subject to Furnlluxra’s discretion and shall be confirmed only upon actual dispatch. The Company shall not be liable for delays due to stock unavailability and shall notify the customer of any such circumstances. Delivery timelines are indicative and not binding. In case of erroneous shipment by Furnlluxra, the affected item may be returned within seven (7) days of receipt.

Thereafter, a 'Holding Cost' shall accrue monthly at the rate of 5% of the total order value, subject to an 18% GST. These charges shall apply equally to partial orders. Dispatch shall occur only upon full payment of accrued holding costs.

DISCLAIMER REGARDING ‘READY TO SHIP’ PRODUCTS
Following confirmation of your order, successful processing, and receipt of payment, products designated as “Ready to Ship” shall, unless otherwise specified, be dispatched within forty-eight (48) hours through third-party logistics partners. Estimated delivery timelines for such products are between seven (7) to ten (10) days and are for estimation purposes only. Actual delivery times may vary due to production schedules, logistical constraints, or unforeseen circumstances. All scheduled delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees. PRODUCT WARRANTY
Goods delivered within India for residential (non-commercial) use are warranted by Furnlluxra to be free from material defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery, provided they are properly stored, handled, assembled, maintained, and used under normal conditions.
"Defects" refer strictly to imperfections in material or wooden framing that materially impair the functionality of the goods.

Lighting products are covered only for non-electrical defects. Filament bulbs are not warranted except in cases where damage is reported within seven (7) days of delivery. Claims made after this period shall not be honored.
Furnlluxra’s liability shall in no event exceed the original purchase price. Cash refunds are not available. Visible defects or order discrepancies must be reported within seven (7) days of delivery; failure to do so will be deemed acceptance of the product as-is.
