Return & Cancellation Policy
1. 7-Day Return Window We offer a 7-day return policy for all Standard (Non-Customized) items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 7 calendar days of delivery.
2. Customized Furniture Because our customized pieces are handcrafted to your specific dimensions and fabric choices, Custom Orders are final sale and cannot be returned or cancelled once production has commenced. These items are, however, fully protected by our 1-year Warranty and Damage Policy.
3. Cancellation Rules
Standard Items: May be cancelled before shipment. A payment gateway processing fee may apply to the refund.
Custom Furniture: Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of order placement. After 24 hours, raw materials are allocated and production begins, making cancellation impossible.
4. How to Initiate a Return To start a return, email care@furnlluxra.com or WhatsApp +91-7597717791. Once authorized, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Return Shipping: For "Change of Mind" returns on standard items, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
